Colin Nathaniel Larson was the last of the trio to enter the world that early morning of February 2, 2000. In the past 13 short years, he has been a source of laughter and compassion in our family. His tragic passing has torn our hearts apart. We trust that he is now in the arms of his heavenly Father, but he will be sorely missed.
Colin lived his life with tremendous energy. He loved to play games, especially if he won. He was quick to laugh or tell a joke. He loved soccer, Nerf gun fights, taking photographs, playing with his dogs, reading or viewing great adventure stories, or just hanging out with his wonderful friends. He was a "Who-vian" and a Harry Potter fan, but his favorite was Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. He had an incredible memory, and was an A student. He enjoyed music, and was in the band and choir. He was quick to show compassion when others were hurting. He wasn't perfect, but he was quick to apologize.
Colin will be missed by his parents, Steve and LaDonna Larson; his siblings, Grace, Wesley, and Tessa Larson; his grandparents, Ruth and Dana Larson; his aunts and uncles, Dennis and Nancy Reinhold, Gary Reinhold, Kathy Reinhold, Shelly and Jeff Krause, Randy and Manjula Reinhold, Cheryl and James Roberts, Jason Reinhold, Jonathan and Mary Kay Larson, Tim and Cindy Larson, Bette and Gordie Dean, Jeff Thomsen, Sara and Jim Wiegner, Andy and Jodie Larson, Sam Larson and Peter Duffin; cousins, Tonna, Nicole, Penny, Kyle, Mitch, Riley, Jillian, Brandon, Dustin, Cole, Grayson, Delani, Elizabeth, Elena, Emily, Macy, Karin, Jennifer, Erika, Nathaneal, Luke, Anu, Dumisani, Isaac, Anna, Peder, David, Micah, Zach, Emma, Jemima, Lizzie, and Daniel. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Nina Reinhold; aunt, Martha Thomsen; and cousin, Joel Dean.
