Rainbow Bible Ranch is a biblically based youth camp located on a working cattle and horse ranch in Meade County, South Dakota. Larry Reinhold has been the executive director of Rainbow Bible Ranch since its founding in 1979, and together with his wife, Robin, and along with their family and staff, the ranch and ministry continue.

Kids from the ages of 6 through 18 are able to enjoy riding horses and working with livestock. We love to be outside. Camping, playing Capture the Flag, Fishing, teaching colts how to lead are just a few activities. Our Ranch Adventures are fun ways to learn and experience life on the ranch. Each year we have a theme on which our life lesson, songs and scripture texts are based on. Our Team Leaders and Wranglers work diligently to ensure a good time. Oh and food… We believe in eating well.

Larry Reinhold states, “Each year we have over 400 kids join us from all over the country. Last year, I believe 24 states were represented. As we head into our 46th season, I am just grateful to God, The Rainbow Bible Ranch Team of Supporters and all the RBR families for their part. Rainbow is not just another camp. We are unique in so many ways. I am so glad that God has allowed me to be a part of RBR. To God be the Glory… Great things He continues to do.”

Little Ranchers Camp is custom fit for our little 6 and 7 year old friends. With a duration of only two days, it's the perfect opportunity for youngsters to experience all that Rainbow Bible Ranch has to offer. They will have plenty of time on horseback, playing with lots of baby animals, and spending time with friendly "big kids" -- staff who love and care for them. And at the end of the camp, they get to show their parents their riding skills! Rainbow is a great place for that first time away from home.

Legacy I
Ages 11-13

Pull on your boots and join the ranks of “Legacy”. This summer camp offers 11-13 year olds a perfect place to discover more about themselves and begin to develop their own leadership skills. Campers do all of the same activities as in Ranch Camp, but they have two more days to learn, grow and have fun. Each activity and discipline is taken to the next level, particularly horsemanship and Bible study and application. Legacy 1 campers will strengthen their riding skills by riding without a saddle in the arena one day, and their rodeo includes an extra event or two. They’ll also learn more about grooming and care for a horse, and they will be challenged to put their faith into action. It’s a great “stepping stone” as they begin to spread their wings, and the life lessons are irreplaceable.

Legacy II Ages 14-18
The Ultimate Ranch Adventure is a 12-day session and is open to 14-18 year olds who have previously attended a Ranch Camp or Legacy Camp at Rainbow. Not for the “faint of heart”, Legacy II will challenge teens to rise above mediocrity, and go one step farther than they ever thought possible. Legacy II is double the fun and double the intensity…physically, mentally and spiritually. Limited to 45 participants, campers will enjoy all the regular activities, plus many other adventures, such as the one and only “Ranch Olympics”, and a two-day ride where they camp out under the stars with their horses nearby. Each camper will have their “own” horse that they will ride each day and learn to catch, groom, saddle and care for. Campers learn teamwork, leadership and will grow as they are discipled in the powerful Word of God. Legacy II has been a life-changing experience for hundreds of teens over the last 40 years at Rainbow Bible Ranch!
