This summer I traded my burks for my boots and I’m sure glad I did.

I’ve thought a lot about what I wanted to say and the truth is, there’s just too much. Thank you Rainbow for the experience of a lifetime.

Thank you for teaching me what it looks like to never give up and to push through exhaustion.

Thank you for reigniting my passion for Scripture and memorizing the Word.

Thank you for new friendships and memories with fellow staff that will never be forgotten.

Thank you for encouraging me to seek the Lord for filling when I feel empty.

Thank you for the bruises that reminded me to get back up and keep going.

Thank you for ingraining in me the phrase “Walk by Faith” — may my life be marked by those words.

Thank you for the opportunity to laugh with kids, ride with amazing groups, and build connections that will go beyond just one summer.

Thank you for demonstrating hard work in everything you do.

I could go on and on and share story after story from my time as a Redshirt this summer. I have changed and grown in many ways from my time working at Rainbow Bible Ranch. I truly have no other words than “Thank you.”
