YOU CAN'T COUNT ON TOMORROW... SO MAKE EVERYDAY COUNT
“Tomorrow never gets here, yesterday is gone forever… all we have is the ever present now. LBR
Our days get long at RBR… We start early, go hard, study….and in the evening, we fit in a game of Capture the Flag or Country Time Softball.
SPECIAL THOUGHTS
This young lady is quite special to me. Her dad is a former camper and he (Dustin) was always a buddy to me as well. Gretchen's great grand parents, Charlie and Glorine Hunt, have always been promoters and prayer warriors for RBR as well. Charlie is in heaven now, but his memory continues through written word and poetry. I had the privilege of having a part in his memorial service some years back. I continue to count that an honor. It was so nice to have Glorine with us on Friday for Gretchen's rodeo. Charlie would have said, "It was glorious."
OF KIDS & RAINBOW... MONDAY NITE AT THE RANCH
We had rain on Monday evening… by the bucket full, but the evening turned out gorgeous as we registered kids for camp. They come from not only South Dakota, but also Texas, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming and Colorado. We have plenty of chores going on to keep all busy, but all the projects tend to making RBR a great place for kids to enjoy camp.

RISE TO THE CALL... RANCH CAMP IS IN FULL SWING
Yes, it was somewhat cool today… But everyone was able to ride, even though some were rained on. Many went swimming. You see, these kids just had to try “The Old Swimming Hole” since it was full of water. We had a challenging story about Gideon from Judges six through eight. And tonight we had a visit from a couple with Gideons International. They gave each of the campers a New Testament to use or share with someone else. “It was indeed a good day.” And don’t forget… “Capture the Flag”.
