Derold Munger
WALL - Derold D. Munger, 76, Wall, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003, at Rapid City Regional Hospital as a result of an ATV accident.
He served in the U.S. Army from Jan. 8, 1946, to July 7, 1947.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Munger, Wall; two sons, Dale Munger and Donald Munger, both of Spearfish; five daughters, Patty Golz and Donna Page, both of Spearfish, Carol Kessler, Piedmont, Lynne Munger, Exton, Pa., and Phoebe Stam, Horshoe Bend, Idaho; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Delores Griffin, Oakdale, Calif.; four stepbrothers, Marvin Eisenbraun, Wanblee, Mel Eisenbraun, Sturgis, and Hugo Eisenbraun and Bob Eisenbraun, both of Kadoka; and one stepsister, Alvina Parkinson, Kadoka.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 5, at Evangelical Free Church in Wall, with the Rev. Ron Lewis officiating. Burial, with military honors by Sturgis Honor Guard, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 7, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
